My name is Nikki, and I'm a Functional Medicine Practitioner

I am passionate about helping women with chronic complex illnesses find hope and healing.

I live in Florida with my husband of 6 years, Dr. Patrick in this clinic :) and our 3 dogs.

During nursing school to become a nurse, I received all my childhood vaccines at once and developed numerous autoimmune illnesses. While I was in nursing school I began to study functional medicine on the side and became so extremely passionate about this root cause way of looking at the body. Right when I graduated from nursing school, I got accepted to The Institute for Functional Medicine to study officially. During this time, I got married and right after my wedding, I got incredibly sick and it left me completely disabled in bed. I became so ill, I was no longer able to work, drive or hardly even take care of myself. I still needed answers and this lead 6+ years of learning and fighting to get to the root behind what was really going on like Late Stage Neurological Lyme Disease, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Mold Toxicity, Limbic system impairment, POTS, Endometriosis, hypothyroidism, and more. Due to not having answers for such an extended time this les to complications with Mast Cell Activation and I was unable to do any physical treatments to treat chronic infections or properly detox mold. Through the Holy Spirits guidance I became to truly understand how people get stuck in these illnesses for decades without coming back into health. In short, the bodies immune system goes into immune system PTSD (scientifically known as the Cell Danger Response & Limbic System Impairment). Parts of the brain are damaged and the Cell Danger Response gets stuck “on”. When I began seeing clients, there were too many people that needed help and hope for healing than I could manage on my own and I now teach my ‘Roadmap to healing” which combines physical, mental/emotional, & spiritual practices to unravel Chronic Complex Illnesses in my course ______.
